Foucault's books: Madness and civilization. Cognitive schemas about psyche, body, and cerebrum

In the 21st century, we still can’t say that people have acquired the right cognitive schemas regards madness and mental health. In the books, The birth of the clinic (1963), The order of things (1966), The Archeology of Knowledge (1969), Discipline and Punish (1975), as well as at the three volumes of his History of Sexuality, Foucault as a great Social theorist presents a work that is based on structuralism to successfully explain the modern civilization and psychopathology. He mainly utilizes multidisciplinary study and classical philosophy. In the book “The Colors of the Sunrise,” a similar deconstruction of psycho-patho-logy is made. That way the reader acquires a general conception about psychology, pathology, and logic considering the study in different areas assisting them to acquire the right cognitive schemas regards psyche, body, and cerebrum. https://lnkd.in/ecgSpik The Colors of the Sunrise: Barnes and Noble Bookstore https://lnkd.in/esdBz5n #science #research #psychotherapy #mentalhealth #psychology #philosophy #sciencecommunication #scientist #scienceeducation #academia #scientificresearch #researchers #scientists #phd
