How “The Colors of the Sunrise” can be used to create a transformational experience positively affecting with safe clinical guidance the information stored in the human structures.
Considering the symbolic words, pictures, and music as
archetypes, the reader can delve into the symbols of the
book and imagine different variations of their
interpretation. Then, they can search into their memory
about the relation of their interpretation with these
symbols and their entire life.
This may also happen with two persons that can practice
with the techniques of this book and share after reading
the book their experiences that have to do with changes
in their everyday life. Thus, they will become more aware
and conscious about the diversity of their self and the
relationship between them and outer reality, resolving
traumas that they had associated with memories and
stressful events of their lives.
This relationship very often corrupted from taboos and stereotypes, causing changes and distortion in the meaning of words and images with the employment of the defense mechanism of projection.
