Psychosis has been addressed successfully by major psychoanalysts like Lacan. Those that have the opportunity to read the French original of Seminar and other works know that Lacan contributed the most to the great work of Freud and Jung on psychotic phenomena.
The investigation conducted toward the AI Psychotherapy model considers seriously the Lacanian psychoanalysis to elucidate the psychosis and the disorders interrelated (schizophrenia, paranoia, schizoid disorders, etc.).
