Synchronicity as a process explained by the founder of Analytic Psychotherapy Carl Jung brings again the theory of physics, perception, and cognitive psychology together, focusing on the need to take responsibility regards human activity in the present moment.

The usefulness of synchronicity in psychotherapy

has been also analyzed extensively by many psychologists

and lately by many famous self-help authors like Dr.

Wayne W. Dyer (2005). In the Colors of the Sunrise I use a combination of this technique with Time Line Therapy, coordinating the sense of time of the reader with the existential perception of the present moment.

It has observed that with this technique, the persons

undergoing treatment gain again, their contact with the

internal and external stimuli, as well as with the

receptors that convey signals and the sense of

connection with the physical sensation.

The technique works in such a manner that the reader is experiencing its outcomes during their reading without their intervention, acquiring a better perception of this world that may seem foreign or unreal to today.
